Breath is the bridge that links our consciousness mind to our subconscious, assisting in connecting us to parts of self that have been repressed. Not just negative emotions and memories but also repressed qualities.

The breath takes us beyond our logical mind and connects us to our innate intelligence where infinite possibilities lie and perceptions can change.

This opens up pathways for healing, greater manifesting, relaxation, creativity, clarity and increased energy levels.

They help to change brainstates, thoughts, down regulate the nervous system, increase vitality, and improve immunity.

You will be guided through a diverse range of breathing practices, including Kriyas that you will have access to to practice on daily basis or as needed.

These sets include Kriyas and parasympathetic nervous system breaths. Kriyas are an active form of breathwork using mudras, mantras and movement to access deeper state.

These techniques can be combined and adapted enabling you to create personalised breathwork sequences that align with your energy and state of being.

Therapeutic Breathwork TBM (transformationAL breath method)

This transformational breath session uses circular breathing (Himalayan Cosmic, no pauses breath) that bypassess the analytical conscious mind to the deep subconscious where suppressed energy, emotions and trauma are stored.

This is a 1.5hr journey supported by music and body work and voice prompts to guide the soul into the body to where energy is stored.

This truly transformational breath creates altered states of consciousness to release stress, creating space and freedom. It decreases blood flow to the emotional limbic center allowing us to feel what we may have suppressed, allowing emotions to surface to the conscious mind to be processed and released.

Supressed emotions are felt by the body and can be translated into physical dis-ease and injury.

Whilst circular breathing and accessing deeper states of consciousness, the body can unwind and discharge energy, This may present as body shaking, anger, crying or muscle stiffness, followed by deep peace and lightness in the body and mind.
