These sets include Kriyas and parasympathetic nervous system breaths. Kriyas are an active form of breathwork using mudras, mantras and movement to access deeper states.

Therapeutic Breathwork

A conscious circular breath that accesses the subconscious to release stress, stored emotions and stuck energy and resets the nervous system. A transformational breath session bypasses the logical analytical mind activating the emotional and reptillian parts of the brain where the emotions are stored, therefore bringing suppressed emotions to the consious where they can be processed and released. Suppressed emotions get stuck in the body causing dis-ease.
